I already live in Mexico. (jk)
I'd actually pick Mexico, it's really not a bad place in the more populated, "clean" areas. (although I don't like to refer to them that way.)

I've lived in both, currently live in USA (Florida) but I much prefer Canada, even though it's uber cold. Snow!

It's amazing. You can build snow forts. AND SNOW TUNNELS. The last year I lived in Canada, I built one next to a series of bushes, and I was able to crawl under the tunnels safely. A.m.a.z.i.n.g! I wonder how nice I can make my forts now, now that I'm all strong and stuff lol!
