Taking a list of 5 per category and thinking of players who are the best in them seems too inaccurate because of the regions, luckyness, etc. I'll just do what some people are known for being excellent at.
Also, I will only be putting in players who play in the US region because I do not have enough expierence playing with players from other regoins.

Im not really sure whos that good with flint and steel anymore, but from what ive seen here it is.
Huahwi Is easily the best flint and steeler I've seen, with dat accuracy doe.
TOXICWASTEII Idk, he has done some pretty sick flint and steels on me.
Myself. JK im horrible at pvp. Lol.

Bow(we all know the answer):

Sword:
Kerbals is a very good sword fighter
Huahwi has an incredible strafe, especially in 1.7
I dont know its a pretty bad list but whatevs.

Fishing rod:
xSwagGiraffe Used to be insane with the fishing rod. Got a bit rusty, but still amazing
BomBashious Not the best with the Rod-stun, but it's almost impossible to run from him when he rod spams you
Kwayky (XxDa_MakerxX) Even though this guy is a nub, he is good with the rod.

Flint and Steel: (People that play SG often are generally better with fire, considering you can't really practice this skill on any other game mode)
Huahwi Keeps his fire in his 2 slot so it is easily hot-keyed, doesn't really waste fire (spamming it), and is generally accurate.
TOXICWASTEII Not the most accurate, but sometimes gets amazing turnaround fire placement. (180's, etc)
xSwagGiraffe Although he isn't very well-known for this, but in scrims he always charged in and got everybody on fire with the offensive flint and steel

Bow:
Exodus Apparently he is good so I will go along with what everyone is saying
Math_Magician (Hehe Bias) I consider myself versatile with the way I bow, as I'm quite good with turnarounds, 1v1 bow fights, water bow fights, and hitting people while they run (Overall predicting movement)
BomBashious Haven't seen him bow for a long time, but he shoots really fast and gets you in a great lock. (There seems to be a theme with Bom and being fast)

Sword: (I'm just talking about sword skill)
Kranzo With just the sword he is great. I've fought him a lot, and we've been mostly even (But he wins the just sword-fights, and I win the just-bow fights)
polarisXD I just remember fighting him on Sixzo's server with no NCP and he got amazing combos
ryanroks594 I haven't really seen him use anything other than a sword while fighting. He does quite well for not using secondaries. (From what I've seen)

Eh I don't do very many of these, but this one seems fun.
In no exact order.
Fishing rod:
xSwagGiraffe - I think everyone knows his skill with a rod
Exodas_King1 - Although I haven't seem him use it in quite some time, I remember him being one of the best with it.
xExtract - Doesn't really play MC too much anymore, but he was very good with a rod.
CharlesYummyegg - Probably the best EU Rod user.
Me - I really hate putting myself on Top 5 lists, but I believe I should be here.
Flint and Steel:
CraftyKratonite - Has quite some sick F&N's I've seen.
Soulv2 - Not the best at defensive Flint and Steel, but very good at offensive.
Huahwi - Good at defensive Flint and Steel.
Bow:
gcb99 - EU's best bow user in my opinion.
xExtract - Was really good with a bow until he basically quit.
Me - Again, I don't really like putting myself on lists as it makes me feel really cocky/ignorant, but I think im pretty good at Bow stunning people.
Math_Magician - Haven't seen him in awhile but I remember him being very good with his shots.
Swords:
Kerbals - Definitely really good with swords on swords pvp.
Lovelights - Between Love and Kerbals for best with a sword for US in my opinion
Fearzon - Very underestimated with a sword.
