I understand that people have put a lot of effort into the current leaderboards, But, I also know a lot of people who would like a reset.
Positives:
If the leader boards were to be reset, these would be the following Positives:
-People who come to MCSG mostly from Hive would have a chance to catch up and become high on the SG leaderboards.
-People would be able to increase their stats. A lot of people have told me that they would like to improve their w/l ratio on MCSG.
-It gives anyone a chance to try and get a high position. I for one know that trying to get in the top 10 is virtually impossible with the win difference and how many wins people are getting on a day-to-day basis.
Negatives:
If the leader boards were to be reset, these would be the following Negatives:
-People who already have good stats would lose them. Which could be quite annoying.
-People have worked VERY hard to earn their position on the leader-boards and if they're not willing to lose it could cause problems.
Conclusion:
So, thats pretty much it. If you've read the article above and think "Yes, I would love the leader-boards to be reset!" then please vote yes on the poll above. Let's see if we can get enough to get it noticed! Also, if you would like to vote no, then go ahead. No-ones forcing you to vote yes!
