MCSG Tips and Tricks #1 - Skins

Ok, so recently a lot of people I've seen on SG games have different skins that really affect their gameplay. I just thought I'd share some clever skins, and some absolutely terrible ones.

-=ARMOUR=-
Skins disguised as Armour make a big difference, but don't go too over the top with full diamond armour skins because people know you can't get that. So keep it simple, something like iron armour so when people see you from a distance,

People may think you could actually be a you tuber just disguised, especially with the new /disguise command for donors and above. This is a bad idea most likely because people will follow you and attempt to kill you.

-=STEVE=-
Steve. The good old classic skin. Now, this skin is good AND bad ways. The bonus for a steve skin is the fact that people might think you are a noob, because you can't make a skin for yourself. This is a reason for people to go easy on you and leave you alone. The bad part is that people think that you are a noob and think you are dead weight, just basically wanting to eliminate you.​

Ok, so people have their different opinion about block skins. These skins are essentially just skins that are disguised as blocks. These are good for people looking at you from a distance, but it really depends on what block you are. If you are a wood, play maps with lots of trees. If you are water, play maps like breeze island with lots of water. People can't see you from a long long away.

Famous characters. Characters from well known TV shows and Cartoons such as Adventure Time skins, Spongebob Skins, Ren/Stimpy, Nickelodeon Cartoon skins, Cartoon Network skins, Regular Show skins. My skin currently is Patrick Star from spongebob and people team and leave me alone because people like my skin. Other times, people could be MEAN and want to kill you coz you watch cartoons which I think is personally quite stupid.

Doesn't /disguise change your skin into a steve skin from others perspectives?

Most people will most likely find your tag, and if they don't, they should detect you before you reach the hit range.

Pretty biased. If they do hate cartoons, that will only encourage targeting.​

If you're playing in a private Hunger Games, disguising as a testificate is also a legitimate strategy.

Also, you forgot to include the fact that dark colored skins are a hell of a lot less noticeable at night time than bright skins (another reason why chain armor is better than gold because gold makes you stick out like a sore thumb).

Lol i use gravey skin at the moment and i know that people will kill me faster but i don't care, it's funny if they are chasing you and you kill them.
