Building a new computer ~ opinions on this build?

I'm building a new computer for Christmas, and this is the max I can afford with my 300 dollar budget. Opinions?
*I may get one or two more computer parts - not sure, but if I do, it'll probably be a 1TB external hard drive*

I would recommend getting the intel i3 3220 instead of the AMD FX 6300.

Defiantly go with AMD they give you the money worth of the product. Also get an SSD not a HDD. An SSD Way faster. Depends if you want more storage get the HDD, if you want more speed, then get the SSD. Also if you want the computer to last long go with Nvidia. Mad usually tends to have a lower life than Intel and Nvidia. Hope this helps. If you have any other questions, msg me.

Amd is cheaper by like 100$ and the i3 is not as good as the fx 6300. The i3 has 4 cores, the fx 6300 has 6.

The i3 is actually better for gaming. Most games now don't even use more than 4 cores.
