Your absolutely correct and the game picked the map at random. Sure we stuck in a few "V2" features but the original gameplay is still preserved. We may actually remove that based on opinions with the community if people want to have it more like the glory days. Also, there is 1 feature I want to add in to SG Classic, but holding off until we can vote on it next week based on the feedback we receive this weekend.

Yes on Jul 8, 2012. But if you remembered it was never picked due to the how large the map was and the huge mob farm at spawn. Really we can possibly add it in later again, but it was always SG1 and SG2 majority of the time.YES! YES! YES! So excited to play this!

Add this as a vote for a feature suggestion on the SGC threads and we will look into it. We can surely add that in if majority of the players want the server to pick at random.
Why would there be? I wouldn't expect it.
Actually no, but we are closer to something we been wanting to do but having an issue processing millions of records efficiently. That feature known by some is the return of the regional leaderboards + global overall!

Well, I started playing in early/mid August, so I can't technically say I was here in June. However, thank you so much. I like literally love you right now. xDActually technically June of 2012, but it's basically the same as our beta in August. There was a few months completing everything and working out the kinks.
