What's your 100 m time? Mine's 14.5.. I prefer cross country though. It really depends on A LOT of factors for me. I want to become a professional runner but I really need to put in more effort at training etc.
If I don't succeed in running my second choice would be an architect
Dunno why
Off topic, but did you make that song, if you did you are incredibly talentedI love dinosaurs to
All my friends and I are dinosaur nerds
Anyway, I would like to be a paleontologist, Or a Cryptozoologist
We are similar. I run 13 flat in 100 but I'm only 14 so I guess thats okay. I am a lot better in cross country though. I have made state 2 years running now! What's your 100 m time? Mine's 14.5.. I prefer cross country though.
That's really good! 14.5 is okay for 100m, my best time was 13.9 I believe.. But that was when I was very good at running. I can't exactly remember my cross country times but I can run 2km without getting very tired. #LongDistance ftwWe are similar. I run 13 flat in 100 but I'm only 14 so I guess thats okay. When I was 12 I did better times then I do now. ( For long distance at least)That's really good! 14.5 is okay for 100m, my best time was 13.9 I believe.. But that was when I was very good at running. When I used to run (Last year) I did sprints on the oval near me, I took a 10 minute break after doing that for a while and then ran around the oval until I couldn't run any more, that increased my speed and stamina by a bit. I had an iPod timer on me.. xDWhen I was 12 I did better times then I do now. ( For long distance at least)
I only really started training again last week so I'm still working to get my times down.
Also do you have any suggestions on how I can measure my run? I want to know how long it is so I can see if my times are actually any good xD

The nearest track is about a 20 min drive -_-. Guess I will just have to stick to the parkYeah, the oval was 100m
Try training on a track if you can find one near you that lets you use it.
