All accepted applicants are required to pass a ~1 week trial member period if their interview after being accepted goes well. Unless I already know the applicant or know of their PvP skill, this will be the process for all applicants. Trial periods vary based on the activity of the trial member and if I see them to be fit for a member before their trial is supposed to end.
