Depends on to what extent. If you're going around repeating that someone is hacking (whether they are or not) and continue doing so after being asked to stop, yes, you can get banned for harassment. However, if you do think they're hacking and you just say it to alert a moderator, you wouldn't be banned. I hope this answered your question :3

For that, I don't think it's too much of a punishment since I can only see that he said something about twice. I can find him in the servers and give him a friendly warning though
