On US, EU OR AU? Because, I do it once or twice a day.. And it works fine. You get a redstone torch and put it above the redstone..

It's a CASINO. Games of CHANCE. That's what it's meant for. The dispensers shoot out random items, and the bet one is the torch. You are supposed to set it on one Of the redstone torches.
