Revamped /disguise command!

Won't this make it so people can hack and get away with it? I think I saw a person with /disguise on and I believe he was hacking.

They can still be recorded, and there might be some sort of history to see who used what name..?

My guess is that the name won't show up in MCSG's system, so then they'll know that person used a disguise. Perhaps put which server the evidence was recorded in (Either type it in chat during the video or put it in the description) - And the date/time, in case it was a disguise.
Once they know that they used a disguise, they can look through some sort of history to see who used that username, and when. If they have a way to do that.

Also, the disguises are still associated with their username - If you try to do ./sponsor (Disguised name) it won't work - You still have to type their real username.

The first thing you said with a way of looking up the history is a big IF. I think we can both agree that it'll be harder to catch hackers; Good idea, just somethings need to be fixed.

I don't know just an idea, but when you do /d it shouldn't show another person join exactly after you disguise. Many people already know about the disguise having two numbers after the name. In my opinion it would be better if it didn't show anyone join after you /d.

I myself am a gold donor, and I don't find it necessary for such a rank, some goes with diamond donor, it can be useful at times but is not exactly needed. Although for all ranks above donor, I understand why it was implemented.
