Another reason as to why this is impossible is that the current ranking system in game, is set up from 1-11 (1 being regular and 11 being owner). If we were to add another rank, it would mean shuffling the whole system up, which is quite laborious.

Spot on home-slice. I suggested builder rank long back, that's the exact reason they didn't add it. They won't be changing the rank system unless it's vitally important to do so.
