Sorry to hear you will be leaving. I am especially sorry that one of your reasons is you think we have an incompetent staff. I know we're not perfect, but to call us incompetent as a whole is kind of disappointing to hear. What could we do to improve?

My reasons:
1.7.2
Tonnes of incompetent staff
Too much lag
Servers are offline 25-50% of the time
About 98% of players seem to think that targeting me off spawn makes them good, and 1.9 of the remaining 2% are hackers.

Firstly, 1.7.2 is an issue MCSG cannot fix so you shouldn't blame MCSG for any of that.
Secondly, the staff members are people who get chosen if they deserve it and can actually do their job, all of the mods I've known/know right now are doing their job as they should.
Thirdly, The servers are offline due to MOJANG, not MCSG or sometimes MCSG due to updating the servers, and it's a fine problem that MCSG is trying to fix.
Lastly, Targeting is a problem MCSG cannot fix, because the staff/players cannot control the people who do. You need to deal with it, and the point of the game is to KILL all players. So I do not get how you are getting mad about it. It happens to everyone. Also, the hackers, MCSG staff are also trying to fix but we cannot control people like I said.

I didn't mean as a whole, I said tonnes. I know tonnes of great staff too.

By the way, thanks to the disguise feature, I am staying as that was the biggest problem!

1. If you are reffering to glitches and bugs that came with 1.7.2, many came with 1.6, but they were fixed.
2. While I agree some staff are pretty awful at their job (no offense staff.) The majority of staff I've seen do their job fine.
3. Mainly problem with new update, will probably be fixed soon.
4. No idea about why this is happening.
5. They added /disguise so that gold donors+ can change their name to that of a non-donor. http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/revamped-disguise-command.67804/
Personally I think it's stupid to quit forever just because of a little update lag, but hey, it's your choice.
