Ghosting ?

Hello Guys !

I keep hearing this word "Ghosting" and i really don't know what is it

The only thing i know is that the person which you fight with gets stuck,doesn't move at all then you die instantly

Can someone tell me please what "Ghosting" means,i am really wondering

It when your PC or Minecraft freezer, so everything stops. You cant move, and you cant se other people moving

I believe it is where the server thinks you are in a different location to where you actually are, or something like that...
