What would be illegal. He's giving stuff away if someone buys him donor.

Anyway, I don't think that's a very good deal. 50 subscribers isn't much, and the subs might not like a different person. An account is worth $30, less when you don't even get to choose the name. Not really equal worth.

Value of YouTube: $0 because its not really the purchaser's subs, so its basically a new account.
Value of Diamond Donor: $75

On top of that, the risk of payment fraud is really high, as stated above.

stuff like this has happened on some faction servers I've been on... Cronos, you might as well just sell the minecraft account for cheap and save up for diamond donor. I doubt anyone on here will trust you enough to buy you diamond donor..
