I got banned for saying I turned off my BSM

Hey I was in a game of mcsg and I mentioned I was from hive and I alot of people use BSM on hive so I thought I would mention that I turned BSM off so I could play to follow the rules of mcsg and I try to go play a game and I get a message saying you have been banned for admitting to having hacks now for starters in 1.7 you guys cant really ban for BSM since its incorporated in the game second off tons of people on your servers have BSM but they turn it off so basically I got banned for having BSM but not using it on the servers to follow your guys rules I find this very unfair and kind of silly that I got banned for turning a off an illegal mod on the server so I would like to keep this off my record and I dont see why I was banned in the first place :/
