Being a donor or non donor doesn't make a difference. Im a non donor but I get listened to.

Did you follow the correct format? did you get sufficient evidence? all of those things are needed or the report with be overlooked.

Racism dood.
Not racism, elitism, and regardless, neither of them matter in this scenario.

Do you mind sharing the latter portion of your report? (The description of the hacker.) And the moderator who overlooked your app? If the title of the thread is true, then you should look into the mod, since banning a hacker is benefiting the community, not just you.

As moderators we try to help everyone we possibly can. We do not look for the appearance of different colored names, races, or any other way of discriminating players. It is possible that (if you were in one of the HUBs), a moderator did not see your message because they were busy filing a report or with something else. If, however, you posted a report, and a moderator claimed that he did not want to deal with your report because he did not like you as a player (rank, race, etc), then you need to message or get in contact with a senior moderator and report to them the issue and the moderator you are having trouble with.

Also, I move this thread to general support.

if this is about a report abuse then your app may have been rejected as it lacked crucial information and evidence.

If this is about a hacker in a server then make sure the mod is not afk by checking their idle time. If they have very little idle time e.g. a few seconds or 0 then you should consider finding out whether they are on another case or they are abusing their powers and ignoring you.

Also to add to what others said the best way to get a mods help is TeamSpeak. I'm a regular and I've gotten mods to ban several hackers through TeamSpeak. Plus it's fun and you can meet a lot of awesome people.
