If a mod flames or accusing another mod of hacking, then that is his own fault, as a mod should be responsible and enforce the rules instead of breaking them.

This is why there's a screening process for moderator.

I did read the whole thing. You're asking for moderators clan threads to be on the Clan section to look after clan battles with the condition of only moderators to comment in chat.

What I mean with controversy, is that I see a lot of comments not understanding what you're trying to suffice.
