Make sure to add lots of examples and how you would resolve them , and remember its quality over quantity, good luck with your app :D

Quality over quantity. It's not about what you write its how you write it.
For example my mod app was less than 500 words and a Sr Mod at the time said it was the best mod app they had ever read.

Don't ramble on and on about a certain point. Make each point clear and simple to understand.
Follow the simple rule: KISS - Keep it simple, stupid.

Goodluck :)

Sometimes I wonder......................How do they expect you to know classified info, such as "How to long should one be banned?" ? I think it might be slightly unfair.

I think that question was put there because it shows their judgement over the other players and I wouldn't be complaining about that question in the first place because I was able to put 1000 or so words on that single question.

1.) Be specific and to the point.
2.)Answer in well developed paragraphs. Know what you want to say and say it.
3.) Give examples of people breaking every rule in the rule book and provide in-game dialogue. At the end of each rule, provide an explanation for why you handled the situation as you did. This section will probably take up the bulk of your application.
4.) Be genuine and don't lie. They will be able to tell if you're bologna. Be truthful. Your chances will greatly increase if you actually care for the server and it's well being. If you're just some scrub that wants a red name and free donorship, don't be surprised if you don't get it.

My app was extremely long (4,500 words), but don't think that yours has to be this long. Good luck, and I hope to have some of you as a fellow moderator.

You don't have to be correct, they just want to see you try.
