(Mods hear me out before closing this thread)

That aside let's start. So I wanted to become a mod. Like a week ago I sent in my application. Of course I read it. Re read it. (Like fifty times) And revised it and added to it as much as I could. But of course when I used a word counter. It had only 571 words. When I turned it in emediatly got a respond from CAmedusaA I think that how you spell it. Anyways he said it was to short and not enough info. I've looked at the thing chad posted on how to become mod so don't link me that. And I've watched like 20 YouTube videos on it. Someone please, I need help on this. What should I add more to make it lengthier and info or whatever.

Try to include a few anecdotes describing a problem that you had and how you resolved it.

  • Be the most explicit on your answers. Don't answer "yes" "no", give complete answers.
  • Give the most examples you can give depending on the question.
  • Informing yourself before being a moderator is useful.
  • Make sure to know all the rules, before applying for moderator.
There you go.

When you go into the punishments, list everything you can think of. Reading over the rules can help with that. Also, talk about personal experiences that show good moderator skills/qualities you possess.

A nice lay-out can help you out as well. Off course the text you've written is way more important, but it can certainly help you a bit.

These are all good tips. Thanks guys. I will try again after revising.

Okay, send a application letter with like 250 dollars attached.
You'll get it without even doing the interview.

Expanding on points you have made make it a lot stronger as an app as it shows you actually know what you are talking about. That is my main piece of advice if you answer all the questions correctly.
