If the clan is swapping players within the clan they must tell you prior to the round commencing, you cannot deny a member of a clan to be in a clan battle, but they must inform you. However if it is a player outside the clan, you do not have to agree.

Seeing as the rumours have been confirmed that moderators are now allowed to join clans, who will we get to referee the battle? Also Hydra agrees to these rules
