I think that after reading the thread, it's a good idea, but there are too many large issues concerning stat accumulation for this to be implemented.

Getting good scores is part of the entertainment and challenge for some. Don't blow off other's entertainment methods. You're stressed out about getting bad stats and low points on a game that's built within another game that's based on a book and have absolutely no rewards but entertainment? Kewl
LOL That's what I was thinking too. I understand, why does anything even matter it's just a game? But with that attitude, why does anything here even matter? xD I'm just saying I'm stressed within Minecraft boundaries, I'm not letting it ruin my life. You're stressed out about getting bad stats and low points on a game that's built within another game that's based on a book and have absolutely no rewards but entertainment? Some people like to have a good ratio to make it look pro so people look up to and have a challenge against themselves to keep it steady.Seems kind of silly to be honest. I don't see why people are so worried about their points and their ratio.
It also defeats the whole purpose of a ratio to begin with. Your ratio is supposed to reflect whether or not your bad/good days effect your game play, as well as how good at winning you are against random competition. Having an override for that is basically a way for players to say "There are too many good players in this game, better make sure I don't ruin my perfect ratio because they easily overpower me"Some people like to have a good ratio to make it look pro so people look up to and have a challenge against themselves to keep it steady.
I like the idea A LOT. It would help when I'm playing with my clan, like scrimmages and stuff.

On the other hand, suppose you're trying to help a friend win or do some crazy, deadly in-game stunt. You are planning on losing, even if you could easily beat the competition. It'd be nice to be able to not mess up a nice ratio when you're essentially trying to lose.It also defeats the whole purpose of a ratio to begin with.
