Useless Posts to Get Top Posting

It just bugs me when people post useless posts, spam, and random posts. There are some people that post mainly this stuff are even in the top posting list. There are some people that can post one spam or random crap like "K" or stuff like that. I know the forums is full with that kind of crap but sometimes people just post things that have no meaning of the thread to just get their post count up, when really, does it matter? I admit that I personally don't post the best stuff, and a lot of it is not on-topic or very useful. I don't care if you joke around, or a one word sentence is necessary. It just annoys me so much when people post just to spam and to get their post count up. You don't need to be smart, or have perfect grammar, because I suck at using grammar properly and it really doesn't matter as long as people can understand you. The people that annoy me aren't people who post stupid comments, or who say things that don't make sense, it's the people that post constantly, on every thread they see, and feel the need to post a comment that doesn't even make sense, or is there just for spam. I would doubt that these people would be posting stuff if there was to top posters list. Please stop, you know who you guys are, just stop spamming, and post things that people care to read. Most of these people can be found in forum games and "Last reply wins" There's a pretty large amount of these people so I know they will be hard to stop, but THE TOP POSTING LIST DOESN'T MATTER.

TL;DR?
The people that post useless comments on threads to get on the top posting list need to stop.

Meh, I see these every once in a while, but I don't really mind them. Think of it like this: their stupidity isn't your stupidity.

While short posts alone aren't against the rules, spamming a thread and going off topic is. If you see a short post that you believe is breaking one of the forum rules, click that little "Report" button, and someone will take care of it.

1. Yeah, you should post better stuff than "K." Go spam on the forum games.
2. I did find Evermore's first "K" humorous, but the second was unnecessary.
3. The top posting list does matter to some people. It's a neat accomplishment, I'm going to be 3rd myself soon. I mean, look at where it got Half. That being said, you should get highest posting for being active, not spammy.

I don't care about the "Top Posters List". In fact, I didn't even know it existed before this thread. If I cared, I would be spamming the "count to whatever" threads with posts. I don't see this as a problem either. It's not like people go around like"OMG I HAVE SO MANY POSTS I'M SO PRO."
