yes they have. according to the thread they have a CA division and you are in it, as a trial member.

I am not stupid. They haven't had scrims or battle vs any other ca teams, I don't recognize many people on that roster as well known ca players so for now until there is an official "app" filled out I won't put them on the list.

No, most of our players play US. We currently don't have a CA roster but if someone applies for CA we will make one.
