Hello all,
As some of you may know I was denied during phase 2 of the moderator age exception process for the following:
Col_Star: We regret to inform you that your age exception application has been denied. Because of the severity of the offense found in your ingame offenses, you will not be allowed to reapply.
I have been banned 3 times. Twice I was unbanned and once my ban was upheld. The ban which was upheld occurred roughly 6 months ago, when I was rather immature. I abused a VIP for abusing a friend of mine. I was the only one banned in that situation. I regret what I did but unless I can 'Prove myself' there is no way I can apply until I turn 15.
There's a Ban Exception for mods that want to apply if they have had an upheld ban. This is only for 15 year olds though. I believe they should change it so you can apply for one at the age of 13, which is the age of which you can apply for an age exception.
My reasoning for this is as follows. People can change over the course of 6 months. I most certainly have. I KNOW I can handle the job as a moderator, no matter how stressful and time consuming it is. I have a wide knowledge of MCSG and know nearly all of the people on the AU hub and I get along very nicely with them. It's quite likely the same situation for other players. So for that I believe that they should lower the age requirement for a Bans Exception.
