Donor Disappearing?

I've received several skype messages from fellow mcsg players regarding their donor rank disappearing. Most of the accounts have been diamond donor, but some have been gold and iron. Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix this? I need answers for these people, but I honestly do not know. Thanks!

Shouldn't you kind of know this because you're a moderator...?
Anyway, they have to contact an Admin I'm pretty sure. They can do this by going on teamspeak and trying to poke one or having them email on of the admins.

Anyways, it's odd you're asking this as you're a mod meaning you could of told your boss (Admin) to tell you what to do. Meanwhile, you can tell them to email at [email protected] with their payment receipt so it should be handled quickly.

They almost always read their emails, whenever I email them I typically get a reply back pretty fast. Even Chad has replied to my emails.

I know but it's just less inconvenient to do this and I don't want to cause a burden. Thanks!

Guiding the player with what should be done it's the best you can do right now. Emailing MCSG can be the best for now.

I understand you didn't wanted to bother higher staff as their really busy, but they have more knowledge meaning they would probably know what to do.

As the guy who primarily deals with this (and indeed has been for the last 1.5 hours), I can say that it's usually the result of a glitch with Buycraft. A pre-existing rank (e.g. Diamond) will be removed by another temporary rank (e.g. Iron) expiring on a certain date.

If that happens, be sure to email [email protected]. Include your ingame MC name and your forum name if possible. We will see to fixing it within 1-3 days, depending on when we can get to it.

And @darkdragondm, while I appreciate your consideration regarding not bothering us, this is a matter that the higher staff would know more about than regular players (who are usually the victims of this glitch, not the people who know how to fix it). I've been in my office in TS for quite some time now, open to questions, even dealing with instances exactly like this. I would have been more than happy and capable of answering this for you. For the record, if there is a question pertaining to moderation that you do not know, take it up with higher staff, not to the public.
