Isn't it against the law to buy something and then sell them for money? ._.

As far as I know, it is legal, because it happens all the time. It's like buying a car, and then selling it in your yard, or buying items, and selling them in a garage sale. That's not illegal, and I don't believe this is either.

If I would have already used these games, it might be a different story, just like if I was selling an actual physical copy of the game, versus a digital copy, but these are all digital, completely untouched games, therefore I do not believe this is illegal.

Then eBay wouldn't exist. It's yours once you have it, you just can't pirate by making copies and selling them.
