3 questions!

1. Are mobs turned on/off or the spawn rate has gone down? Because sometimes I'm on a server with mobs and I get my precious xp, but then on some of the other servers there are none?

2. Talking about xp, is there an enchantment table on map 2? Never came across it before, so I'm not sure if there is or not.

3. (Not important and very random) When everyone is in the lobby, why is it always night time?
