Just need some clarification, When did you buy this? if it was a couple months ago, MCSG did not have the Lifetime Donorship at the time so you could have bought a donor that lasted 3 months. If you did buy Lifetime Donor Email [email protected] with your time of purchase and receipt of your purchase. After emailing them, wait for a response and await further instructions

Did you donate for it before the new MCSG update? You might have bought the 3 month diamond donor and it ran out, well anyway contact [email protected] for help
