Hey guys, today I was in the AU Hub, just chilling and then this happened:

As you see just there, screwbie said "Trev, you a mod?" because I said "screwbie, please do not talk about bans in the global chat." I don't understand this, just because I'm not a moderator I am not allowed to say that?
I'm pretty sure, it's a rule you cannot talk about bans in the chat, so I said that. If there is no moderator available I have the right to say that.
Please tell me if this is allowed.

You're allowed to, but I can see how people would find that annoying to have somebody with no authority tell them to do/not to do something, which is why people usually get defensive and talk back.
