Yes, wins don't mean skill, they mean experience. Someone with 200 wins can be better then someone with 2000 yes. But we want people with at least a bit of experience.

This makes me look bad but I have about 2300 games played.... that's experience. I've also played since April 2012

I highly doubt you were a beta player and so early in when there was one map. I was there, your forum time doesn't show it.

Also, complaining about getting declined is just going to lower your chances of getting accepted when you do reach the win limit.
