Moderators and Admins plz start doing your job

I am getting very tired of getting killed by hackers these days, mainly because I find that most mods and admins are doing nothing to stop it. Every couple games I play, there is at least 1 obvious hacker who wins and receives no punishment despite the fact that multiple people have reported him. I have not learned how annoying all these hackers can be, until recently when they seem to kill me 2/3 games. I know that I will receive a lot of hate from this, but all I'm asking is if the mods and admins could try a littler harder to weed out hackers and be more sympathetic of complaints.

We can't do much if there aren't any staff in the game where the hacker is.
Things players can do to help:

• Record the hacker and send the evidence to the Report Abuse section
  • minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/report-abuse/
• Get on the Teamspeak or hub and let a staff member know so it can be taken care of.

Record them or poke a mod on TS are you sure they hacking?They could be better than you

Record them.
I recommend Bandicam, it doesn't slow down your computer and you can record and report them.
The moderators are doing their jobs.
You probably don't think it because they don't make a big song and dance about it.

I believe that we do our jobs quite well actually. It may not seem like it, but we make tons upon tons of bans every single day. However, we can't be everywhere at once. You can help us out greatly by doing what erisuka said.

Please trust me when I say that we hire competent staff that do their jobs very well.

I agree with you but 90% of the mods I poke on Teamspoke ignore me.

Ya.... I've heard about that. Just have to figure out which mods actually respond.

Mods ignore me when I poke them, and chat is way to spammed for anyone to see it. :/ There seriously needs to be a /report command.

To be honest, if mods on TS aren't responding, then I'm out of ideas, cuz they should be responding. I think part of the problem is that everyone is in those custom channels with their friends.

I'm not saying that no mods do their jobs, they most certainly do, it just seems like I've been hearing about many of them not responding to pokes.

It's sad to say, but you have to figure out which mods are the ones that will respond.

The newer mods have responded to my pokes every time, I guess they'd best to poke.

I didn't realize this before I was a mod. It is not easy. People think "Oh you guys don't do your job. It's easy just do /ban and that's it.". It is a lot more than just doing /ban . We need sufficient evidence, background checks, handling the panel, following the regulations of making a ban and much more. We try our hardest to make the community safe and enjoyable for everyone but with over 1,000,000 players and only a little over 200 staff, it's not easy. Some of us, including myself, stay up till 3:30 am on a school night handling reports, answering questions, kicking block glitchers. Although we may not respond in 5 minutes, we will eventually come around to your reports. The best thing to do is to be patient. If you see someone in-game hacking, record them. If you don't have a screen recorder, poke us on teamspeak or message us on the forums. I, personally, am always on. At this moment in time I'm at school trying my best to do my bit for the community. Please put yourself in our shoes before accusing us for not doing our jobs.
