Fist Glitch Fixed. o.O

I was playing one day and then my friend decided to fist glitch me to death. Oddly when he punched me or with the item slot thing he would take damage and so after three punches he died and I won the game.

The fist glitch is a Minecraft Vanilla Glitch and it has not yet been fixed. I have NO idea what happened in your case.
