the 1st map will only get 12 - 1 tributes while the 2nd one get 48 - 12 tributes? And the 3rd get 120 (100 - 120) - 48... That will only get unfair.

This is a great idea! I guess we will just have to hope chad sees this, And hopefully adds it.
