Hey everybody! I don't have the means to create this, but if anybody does, that's awesome!
As many of you know, the default character Steve can carry a lot in his inventory. And I mean A LOT! Imagine if there was a mod that served the purpose of making the game harder by only allowing a certain amount of weight to be held. Simply, if Steve carries too much, he can't pick up any more, regardless of inventory slots left. I thought of a way to calculate this.
Suppose n represents a specific item. And w represents the unit weight corresponding to it's actual weight in real life, or an agreed value.
We could say that: n1(w1) + n2(w2) + n3(w3) + n4(w4) ... = Total Possible Weight
Just a little idea that I had to make the game harder by limiting how much Steve could carry by not only amount of space in his inventory, but the weight of each item. Maybe the maximum weight could vary due to difficulty settings.
