Hey guys..... I need help again

Whenever I enter a match and i open a chest when i shift click nothing happens so then i have to Shift Click it and drag it to my inventory Ive restarted my computer and restarted minecraft idk what else to do!

I know my shift key is working cause i can crouch But What am i looking for in my controls??

Like @Mooclan said. Just poke around in your settings. Your "use" button might not be right-click. If it's not, adjust it.

I fixed it i had touchscreen mode on
