It's just a glitch with the formatting of the tiers. Nothing was intented, it'l likely be fixed in the next update

Wasn't intending on it being like that, they sometimes take the servers down for a mini update once in a while, I was thinking then...

Ask chad and the Map Committee, but ofc they wont tell anyone t'ill they announce it.
