I recently got banned for Aim bot but i don't use any hack on this server Please help

aleksey2323: I won a game on Valley side University at 6:50 and when i was logging in to Hub it was downloading terrain so i decided to restart MC, but when i tried to log onto the servers it tells me that i am banned for a Week for the use of Aim Bot, can someone help me repeal this ban or at least shorten it. Thank you for your time.
