Yes, the trophy points are a bit glitched and may take a while to come through.

On the first trophy points — in my opinion — are a little bit delayed. After the first ones, you will get the trophy in no time.

Not necessarily. There are some staff members that may have very little trophy points, but might be active in-game or on teamspeak.
