Hello tributes

This is my personal MCSG guide, and I attempted to include as many variables as I could think of in the PVP section.I hope you learn a thing or two from this!
In Game Guide

1.When you're on the pedestal look at where you want to run, so you know exactly what direction to head in after you get corn.

2. When the countdown gets to 5 seconds don't start running so it TP's you back. Wait for it to hit 1 second and slightly less then a second later start running. Timing is crucial for this part. It often gets you off the pedestal faster if you get the timing right.

3. Run your route. Protect your tier 2's as if they were your new born baby. Use any legal strategies to get them.

4. Once you're finished your route and hopefully stacked make a quick run of half or a quarter of the map, depending how long until refill.

5. When it says 20 minutes until Deatmatch head back to corn. If you find a team at corn and you don't think you can kill them both go and wait at the first part of your route for refill. Run your route until you have everything you need then go hunting.

6. When it hits Deathmatch time you need to use your surrounding to your advantage, especially if you're up against 2 stacked people. Hide behind pillars or find places where you can place invisible fire.

PVP Guide
If you have a sword, flint and steel, bow and fishing rod.
If you come up against somebody with better stuff then you, then turn in the other direction so you're running away from them. Then go into F5 and stop. When they're within 7-10 blocks quickly turn around and lay down some fire. Proceed to strafe around your prey until they're either dead or the fire has gone out. They will most likely run away, so just shoot some arrows at them. That's the first variable sorted.

Just a Sword
The element of suprise will be your best friend if your opponent has better gear than yourself. You want to run away until they give up and leave you alone. If you managed to see where they went go in that direction until you have them in view. Hide from them and when they look in a chest go up behind them and murder them. All going well, this should work.

A Sword and Fishing Rod.
When somebody is coming at you with better gear than you you need to use the fishing rod technique. When the person is just outside of hitting range hit them with the line of a fishing rod. This will cause knockback, prevent the person from hitting you and stun them. Hit them as many times as you can until they run away or they die. If they survive attempt to hit them with the fishing rod. This can break somebodies sprint or if they need to turn a corner make it easier for you to cut them off. Keep going with this strategy until you kill the person.

A Sword and Flint and Steel

If you notice somebody running towards you you want to run in the other direction, but you also want to go in F5 and pretend as if your sprint is failing. Then when the person is closer place some fire behind you and then continue running. If you hear them on fire or see them on fire with F5 go back to them, set them on fire again and strafe around them and hit them as many times as possible. If they get away chase them or give up if you can't be bothered chasing them.

A Sword and Bow
If somebody is running towards you with better gear than you shoot them as many times as you can with a bow. Once they get closer you have 2 options. Either you can run away and attempt to perform a 180 degree shot or if you reckon you've hit your opponent enough times you can go in for the kill. If they start to run away attempt to shoot them more times and then chase them until you murdered your opponent.

I hope you learnt a strategy or two from this, and thank you for taking the time to read my guide!

Could you explain? Always looking for feedback!
If you see team at corn, you should try kill them before they getting refill, that means more diamonds, more golden apples, and more armour for them

It depends on your skill level. I'd do a /stats on both the players and evaluate my gear and then decide. I did that part for newer players, since they may not be able to take on a team. Thanks for the feedback though!

/stats not always true, i Mean, it does, but its not telling any about the player. I got 600 out of 3k and my first 1135 was a lose. soo.

find places where you can place invisible fire.
Nice guide, but I'm pretty sure abusing glitches is illegal.

Here's my strategy: When you see someone with better stuff or a team, run close enough till they see you (unless you are absolutely sure you can kill them or get them very low with a surprise attack.)
When they see you (and start chasing you probably), go in F5 to see their position. Turn corners and draw back your bow. When you see their nameplate come around the edge, release your bow. (Especially useful on maps like Avaricia.)
After getting a few bow shots, (if it's a team choose one person to focus your hits on, and light the other teammate on fire so he backs off) hit him a few times fishing rodding him back to annoy him and light him on fire when he gets close.
Rinse and repeat.

The invisible fire glitch is allowed since I've seen Senior Mods and Mods use it. Good guide yourself too!
