Staff positions?

Hi MCSG members and staff:
I am interested in a staff position, anything that I could do that would help the servers whether it is moderating, building, etc. Things to know: I am almost 14 yrs. old and I did summit a building application. If anything else is open, that would be awesome! 1 last thing, I love to "moderate" people on servers although I am not a mod and not old enough (you have to be 15) but I would love to be a mod right now so I hope that I can get some staff position soon!
