You can go back to Minecraft 1.6.4, you just have to edit your profile on Minecraft.

Okay, IP is up. Also, the server will be in 1.6.2 just so you know. Everything is set up, and all the pre battle prep is complete! (EVERYTHING WILL BE VANILLA. THE PLUGIN WILL ONLY BE USED TO FILL THE CHESTS.) I WILL BROADCAST IN THE SERVER ONCE THE GRACE PERIOD HAS ENDED. IT WILL BE 20 SECONDS.

Apparently the clan sovereign is facing can't field 8.. If it's our turn to play, and they're not there do they just forfeit and Sovereign moves on or..?

Well, they're allowed three subs. They know that. If they don't make it, they forfeit, and yes. Sovereign moves on.
