FrostBolt Survival Games: District 14 (10% Complete)

Before the "first" rebellion against the Capitol of Panem, there was an older district than District 13. A more ruthless and less forgiving district. A District less tolerant of the Capitol. District 14. They rebelled against the Capitol alone and loss since they were merely outnumbered. Now, the Capitol wants to remind people how if they rebel, all they get is pain. To do this, they set the remains of District 14 as an arena!
