Here's the not-quite so current set of rules:

Hello everyone, I am the mod Chaotic_Star and I am mainly a Creative Mod. Most people end up breaking the rules at some point and then tell me they didn't see any rules posted so here are the rules. Also, the Creative Server is very strict and the rules are enforced to the dot.
-No using Caps even if it is one word.
-No cussing.
-No spamming.
-No griefing.
-No disrespecting other players by calling them names or saying bad things about them.
-No backtalking to a member of staff.

Failure to follow these rules will end up getting you kicked from the server. If your rule breaking behavior continues, more drastic measures will be taken and a tempban may be placed. After that, a permaban.

If you build things that are offensive, sexual, or has a bad word (ex: Swastika, Male/ Female Privates, or Vulgar Language) Your plot will be nuked and you will be banned permanently.

Also, please stop digging holes to the void or making laggy creations with Redstone or Water. Those will get you in trouble as well. Thank you for reading. If any mistakes were made in this, I will edit it.
EDIT- Use of the word Yolo will get you banned.
EDIT- Countdowns and Countups will get you kicked and tempbanned if you continue after being kicked.
EDIT- Role playing is now also a kickable and a banable offence (this includes pretending to work at hotels or in fact working anywhere).

I think we can all agree with these rules... for the most part. The problem is, they're not up to date. All I would like to see is a reaffirming of these rules.

Reasons why:
1. The current rules are not hosted by a present member of staff, reducing its officiality
2. Most of the people on the Creative server have not read the rules. Make them easier to understand and
get them out there. Put it into an announcement every 15 minutes or so.
3. Follow up on the posted rules. I know the Creative server isn't top priority for staff members, but for the love of all things creative, when you're in the Creative server make sure you enforce your own rules.

Also, make sure all things said in the rules stand true. In this set of rules, using the word Yolo will 'get you banned'. Even as a joke, having it in the same format as the all important Countdowns and Rollplaying reduces their impact a little less.

I think I got banned for block glitching in July 2012 but I don't hack or use bsm
people are complaining about me hacking I DO NOT HACK . I have good techniques.plz do not say or lie that I have hacks.

Block Glitching isn't a hack or a mod. try to log on and see the banned reason. If you think the ban is unfair file a ban dispute.

If you want a plot do build on the command /plotme auto and you will be given a plot to build on. /plotme home to get to the plot. /plotme add (username) allow someone to build on your plot. /plotme remove (username) to deny the access of the person who can build on your plot. Do /plotme help for a bigger list of commands
