Well I guess the best thing to do is confront the bully in a nonviolent way. Then, if it continues, you can report him/her to someone. If you jump to violence, you will be no better than to bully, and you will get in as much trouble as the bully. I suggest doing something rather than nothing, as doing nothing will only allow the bully to continue harassing people.
