Question answered?? Not fully, he only said that other people are experiencing the same thing. "Answering" my question would be to help me. As the Mod Denster hasn't responded, I waiting for his help. I wouldn't really consider this a need for a lock yet.

The new 1.6.4 fixed this issue for me. try updating
