It sounds like the website may have been having a small issue when you tried to change your signature. If the issue still persists, it may be an issue with what you are putting in the signature. Try putting something different into it. See if that changes anything.

Try again now that it is later. If it still doesn't work try to upload the file in a different format. Say you are uploading it in PNG, try to upload it in JPEG.
