i need help

when ever i try to join any mcsg server it always say logging in for a long time than says read timeout exeption: null. i have no clue what that means and recently i have been playing with friends and they have been able to get on just fin so if anyone ha any advice for me post it on the thread please

I don't really know any helpful tips, but try downloading Optifine and/or joining a different network like CA or Eu depending on your location.

okay i tried ca and i didn't work but than i tried eu and i said i was banned for 6 more days for bsm 1st and i would like to say something i am pretty new to mc in general and i have no clue what bsm mean nor do i even remember doing anything worth banning on the server also i thiught i was strange the eu worked because i live in the us

Do you share your account with some1? If you were falsely banned then make a " Ban Appeal ". You can find the place on the forums, if not, message me. Also, have you tried completely reinstalling minecraft? It works in most cases, Try it.

ok i reinstalled mc and it does the same thing and i will probably start a ban appeal thread thanks for the help

I do not think you are banned, because generally that would give you an error logging into the server, stating why you were banned.

Something I would try is making sure you have the latest version of Java, which can be downloaded here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

EDIT: A lot of threads I looked up talked a lot about Java, and sometimes errors on the server's side. Make sure your Java is updated, and if that doesn't work, the best I can do to help is google further, or tell you to simply wait it out, and try again later

no i get your confusion on the ban it dosnt let me get on the us servers at all which is strange because i live in the us but when i get on the eu servers it tells me i was banned for 5 more days for bsm= better sprint mod which is funny because i dont use the bsm
