MCSG - Mid Game crashes!! HELP PLEASE [EU]

Hello mcsg player and mcsg staff.
I have a problem, everytime I play a game, It crashes me randomly!, its not a game crash but a server crash.
I do not want to change regions, because I'm running a EU clan.
Help!!! below theres an example of the error i get everytime.
I hope someone helps!

I Do not have this issue on ANY other server, but ill do the test.

I have a really bad connection, I'm from EU, and I can play on every other server without lag, without disconnecting. Could you send me your .jar file VIA Skype? I'll give it a look, repair it, and send it back to you.
EDIT: Your connection is about 3 times better than mine.

I've tried that a couple of times but it did not have any effect, I heard somewhere it might be my router firmware. i'm gonna try to downgrade it.
