This can go either way, your expressing your opinion, which last time I checked isn't illegal. But your also discriminating against someone's skin, or taste in entertainment. But I have seen worse words go against baccas from a staff members mouth. I don't really see how "baccas are dumb" Is that offensive. If I were to say, "Defiance US Clan is dumb" That would be my opinion, but it could also hurt someone else's feelings. So This could go either way.

Just a quick tip. I'm not sure calling your ban "dumb" is a good way to convince the staff to clear your record.
Also, just enjoy the fact that you can play MCSG. Don't get too caught up in the fact that you may not be a mod.

Hasn't he already said he's still banned? And it's not fair to say to someone they can't be a mod because they were banned incorrectly. If it was a wrong ban, the person didn't deserve the ban and therefore did nothing wrong.

Come on, we all hated baccas? At least all who played back during the bacca infection. Like every lobby had 3 baccas who screamed in all caps "IN BENJA WE TRUST!" And god! I HATED IT! they used bsm! they insulted me! Phew, thank god that's over at least.

I don't recall saying that they couldn't be a mod because of their ban. I said that it's not all about being a mod. You can still enjoy the game thoroughly if you're not a mod.

No I'm not still banned, it happened a long time ago as in like 3 or 4 months, and that's what's holding me back from a moderator position.
